Meet Carol Sciaretta:
Elite Performance Coach.
Carol Sciaretta is a former college assistant basketball coach that has experience within all 3 divisions of the NCAA. After a successful playing career at Catholic University in Washington, DC, Carol took a marketing research position at a firm in Princeton, NJ but quickly found her way back into basketball. As she pursued her Masters in Education, Carol spent 3 years as an assistant basketball coach at Arcadia University (DIII). After completing her Masters of Education and teaching for a year at a local Catholic school, Carol relocated to South Carolina. Carol was fortunate enough to work and learn under Coach Heather Macy at 2 institutions. In 2008, she joined Coach Heather Macy’s staff at Francis Marion University (DII) and then followed Coach Macy to East Carolina University (D1). Currently, Carol, her husband, Brian, and their 3 daughters (13, 9, and 6) live in New Jersey. They remain active within their school, sports, and church communities. They also spend lots of time volunteering on the pool deck, as all 3 of their daughters swim on the local, Nationally-Ranked YMCA swim team.
