My weekday classes are offered Monday through Friday and are geared towards overall fitness and health.


Put on your game face and come have fun at our Saturday & Sunday morning workouts at 9:30 am.

We’ll go hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and experience the outdoors as we sweat together on the trails.

I have asked Heather Macy to present at the last two institutions that I have been athletic director. It’s not just her dynamic personality, but the depth of the content of her presentations that has been so impactful to our coaches and staff. Her one-on-one sessions are an added bonus that are well worth the investment.
