Spartanburg Methodist Volleyball coach, Katie Zimmerman, talks about the transition from year 1 to year 4 as a player and as a coach. FInding connections and how COVID-19 has played a role in helping her through adversity. She gives examples of how technology and social media can play a positive role for recruits as we go through this pandemic. She finished up with a motivational talk to get us to move from talking into action.
